This workshop fuses a spectrum of acupressure work, energy line massage, and Yin yoga. Learn how to find and stimulate acupressure points along the meridians and how to release the blockages in your energy flow.
Develop your ability to channel the life force (Prana) through congested areas of the body and relax deeper than ever before. Discover ways to release stagnant energy, pain and tension and increase overall flexibility bringing your yoga practice to a whole new level. You will learn how to soothe tired feet, ease a headache, release tension from the face, chest, abdomen, hips, shoulders, back, neck, arms, and hands.
This workshop will help you feel brand new and help you to move beyond your previous limitations in your yoga practice and in your overall well-being.
Part 1 We will focus on lower body including the feet, Achilles tendons, calves, IT band, buttocks, and hips.
Part 2 We will focus on the upper body including the low, mid and upper back, shoulders and neck.
Part 3 We will focus on the chest, pecs, front of shoulders, abdomen, jaw, and neck.
During these 2 hour workshops, we will focus on releasing tension and manipulating the energy lines with our hands and specific tools clearing the flow of energy through many significant parts of the body.
You will open the hips, work out knots in the buttocks, legs, and feet re-energizing and reviving that which carries us through the world. You will increase energy flow along the spine, back, shoulder blades, chest, abdomen, side body bringing fresh life into the organs and increasing the breath capacity. You will also develop the ability to release stagnant energy and tension in the head, face, neck, shoulders, arms, and hands so that you can communicate more freely and hold those you love closer, including yourself.
