Let’s flow out of summer together for a GREAT Cause!
It's time to celebrate and collaborate!
Let's kick fall off right with a full day of yoga and play outside at Chattanooga's hidden gem, Audubon Acres , a 130 acre sanctuary less than 5 miles from Thrive Yoga and Wellness. Celebrating 75 years of conservation, education, and outdoor LOVE, Audubon Acres is a Chattanooga Outdoor Playground with trails, creeks, history, and a WHOLE LOT OF YOGA and WELLNESS!
AND...A WHOLE LOTTA PRIZES!!!

We'll start the day with a 5k trail race for the parents and a 3k trail race for the kiddos led by Wild Trails, then we'll move, meditate, and groove with some of the best yoga and wellness teachers & musicians Chattanooga has to offer including The Spinsters, a drum circle and so much more!
Align body, mind and spirit in a truly unique way like never before – in a private wooded setting, with trees and birds to heighten the experience.
