I took my first class in 2008 at the prompting of my best friend. Having no prior experience or desire for yoga, I immediately fell in love with the practice in the first session. Though on and off the mat for the next few years, I returned wholeheartedly in 2013, seeking a regular practice along with yoga therapy for a low back issue.
Graduating in 2015 with a 200 hr YA certification, my journey and yoga style has changed and evolved. My desire is to share yoga with everyone who desires to learn in a gentle, grounded and heartfelt way. I am passionate about sharing yoga with beginners and creating an environment of safety for any yogi. When not teaching or practicing, I enjoy traveling, anything outdoors and being a mom to my two teen daughters.
