Catherine Pala

I started yoga in my twenties and I’ve stayed with it all these years because it makes me feel good.  Doing yoga allows me to be fully present and still the constant mental chatter.  Plus it makes my body feel amazing!  It’s my hope that I can share some of what I’ve learned with my students and that we can mutually benefit by practicing yoga together.
