My yoga journey began in my mid fifties – my adult children made me go to counteract their fears that I was aging too quickly. I went every day for a month, then every day for a year – I realized that yoga was changing how I carried myself, how I walked, how I felt and how I felt about myself. A teacher by profession, I began to feel the urge to teach others what I was discovering. The desire to encourage others to explore the benefits of yoga led me to pursue my training to teach yoga to adults and to children. It is both a pleasure and an honor to lead others in their yoga journey.
