After years of mainstream exercise had left me with painful joints and a stressed out mind, I knew there had to be a better answer. I wanted something that helped not only my body… but my mind and spirit as well.
My favorite aspect of teaching yoga is observing my students awaken and become aware of the positive changes in their bodies. I also enjoy seeing how they feel when they finish a class. They glow! You will see lots of movement and sweat in my classes as I’m a dynamic teacher who wants you to leave, feeling mentally and physically inspired. I’m so grateful for this practice that fuels my passions and for my buddies with their beautiful minds who I’ve met on my yoga path. I am looking forward to meeting members of a new yoga community with whom to share the path.
