I began my yoga journey when I was expecting my daughter. It was supposed to be a temporary substitute for ballet/barre, but that six week course had me hooked. I practiced basic flow until I took my first heated power class. I knew that was exactly what my life needed. In 2010, I discovered SUPyoga and aerial yoga. I completed my Hot Power YTT200 in 2014.
By day I’m an engineer/assistant professor. Nights and evenings, you will find me on my yoga mat, paddle board or hanging from an aerial silk or trapeze. Yoga is a passion that I love to share with anyone who wants to find their strength, balance, and peace. I want to challenge my students while focusing on breathing and alignment. Yoga isn’t about the poses, but being present in the moment. I love that yoga is something that we can all practice together wherever we are in our journey!
