Ginetta is a certified Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga instructor. She helps yoga students bring focus to their practice and challenge their limits. Ginetta received her yoga certification from Yoga Alliance in Vinyasa and has been approved to teach the Ashtanga Yoga Primary and Intermediate series by Manju Jois. Ginetta has been assisting Manju during his workshops in different parts of the world. Over the years, she has also deepened her knowledge and experience in Yoga Therapy. She teaches in New York City and Ft. Pierce, Florida.

Jennifer found yoga 10 years ago when a herniated disc in her low back kept her from living her active lifestyle. She found the therapeutic benefits of the practice beneficial for not just her body, but her mind as well. She received her RYT 200 and 500 from Power Yoga works with Bill Raup of Malvern, PA. She went on to train with the late Donna Feiner, Authorized Ashtanga Yoga teacher, who introduced her to Manju Jois. Manju blessed Jennifer with his Authorization and Approval to teach Ashtanga Yoga in January of 2019.
Jennifer teaches the Business of Yoga, Subtle Bodies, and Conditioning for a lasting Asana Practice portion of our training.
Laura was invited by Clifford Sweatte, senior student of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, to his Ashtanga Yoga class when diagnosed with chronic neurologic Lyme Disease. She attended his class during an expected 3-year treatment. After 10 months with a daily practice, she completed treatment and continues to practice regularly. Laura teaches Ashtanga Yoga in Middleburg, Virginia and the surrounding counties with an emphasis on the therapeutic aspects. Manju certified and authorized her to teach both the Primary and Intermediate Series internationally. Along with Clifford and Manju, she has studied with David Williams and Greg Tebb.
Laura teaches the Science Behind Yoga and Anatomy of the Asanas portion of our training.
Erik started practicing yoga in 2007. The following year, as part of Yoga Teacher Training, he took a Sanskrit immersion weekend with Zoe Mai of ASI. He was amazed by the end of the second day, he was able to read Sanskrit words. The ASI learning model made that possible. In 2011, Erik joined Trishula Yoga’s weekly Sanskrit study group focusing on chanting and studying the Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita, and other texts, as well as chanting the Sanskrit alphabet and Maheshvara Sutras. In 2013, he participated in ASI Sanskrit Level 1 Teacher Training with Zoe. Erik studies and teaches Yin, Vinyasa, & Ashtanga Yoga in the Collingswood area in New Jersey and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Erik teaches the Sanskrit portion of our training.
Jessica is a current student of Manju Jois. She also, is a teacher and student of meditation studying with many masters for decades including Dr. Herbert Benson, Jon Kabat Zinn, Ph.D., Jack Kornfield, Ph.D and Dr. Deepak Chopra. She teaches Ashtanga Yoga, pranayama, meditation, and yoga philosophy from the Hatha Yoga Pradipika, and the Sutras of Patanjali, in and around Vero Beach, Florida.
Jessica teaches the Meditation, Yoga Philosophy, historical context and pranayama portions of our training.
